Main Application and Features
Two-axis CNC system is adopted which makes the machine own the functions of wheel automatic infeed, workpiece automatic tightening, automatic workpiece real-time measuring, headstock automatic set stopping, wheel automatic dressing and wheelhead automatic compensation after wheel dressing. After the workpiece is clamped, the machine can finish cylindrical or end-face grinding.
Casting machine body is adopted.
The worktable is installed on the V-Flat guideway and is divided into two layers for the purpose of taper adjusting.
High-precision bearing is adopted in wheelhead spindle. Misting lubrication is used for the bearing and sealing cover is equipped.
Tailstock center sleeve movement is driven by air pressure and workpiece tightening is controlled through compressing spring.
Wheel dressing is by forward type diamond stylus with two-axis coordinating. Automatic compensation is after wheel dressing.
Wheelhead infeed structure is driven by servo motor through axis coordinator driving ball screw.
Worktable infeed structure is driven by servo motor through axis coordinator driving ball screw.
Full closed protection. Operation cabinet is installed in the protector.

AC servo motors are equipped for worktable and wheelhead.
Forward type CNC two-axis coordinating dresser
Imported high-precision roll bearing is equipped for wheel spindle system.
Headstock motor is equipped with AC frequency-inverter made in Japan at infinitely variable speed.
Coolant water tank with magnetic separating function
Separate electric cabinet and operation table in good sealing
