Features
1.EasyTouch control system(The control system is PLC and HMI)
The left and right movement of the table, the Front and back of the table, the up and down of the spindle, are all driven by servo motors, Which by combing with the specific. Easy Touch system, achieves the accurate numerical control of three-axis movement on the whole machine.
2.Electronic handwheel
The tool alignment speed is faster and more accurate when using electronic handwheel pair for boring and milling, which greatly saves processing time (spindle lifting, worktable in and out, worktable moving left and right are all driven by servo motor, fast feed speed and high precision). The external electronic handwheel is equipped with a long telescopic wire, which can be pulled to any position of the machine tool to operate, which is flexible and convenient to operate and easier to observe the centering dial meter.
3.Spindle speed, feed and longitudinal movement are all stepless, All speeds are displayed on the control panel; therefore, operation of the machine is easy and simple.
