Main Application and Structure Features
M7480/H is a high-efficiency grinder with round electro-magnetic worktable and vertical wheelhead, with its wheel end-face for flat-surface grinding, so it is used for rough-grinding of stock or rapid-grinding for moderate accuracy, suitable for batch production workshop. If fine-grit wheel is provided, the machine can also be applied for grinding higher finish and higher accuracy workpieces such as bearing rings, piston rings etc. Accordingly, this machine is suitable for grinding in automobile, tractor and bearing industry.
Wheel grinding angle can be adjusted by adjusting the column via three supporting-points on the machine-bed. The wheel and worktable can respectively be driven by their individual motors.
Electro-magnetic worktable working at steplessly adjustable-speed, separate coolant tank and backpack-type electric cabinet provided.
Wheelhead-position digital display is optional as a special part.
