 DMTGVDU650
a 5-axis vertical machining center independently developed  . based on a modular, standardized, and serialized approach. This machine tool employs an improved gantry-type three-coordinate structure, combined with a dual-axis compound rotary table, to achieve 5-axis simultaneous machining. Finite element analysis methods are used in the design, along with a focus on center-driven and lightweight design principles. This approach enhances the machine tool's rigidity within a compact structure, while also improving its dynamic performance. The maximum rapid traverse speeds for the X, Y, and Z linear axes can reach 60m/min. The rotary table offers two options: mechanical transmission or torque motor direct drive. The main spindle can be equipped with either a direct-drive spindle or an electric spindle, and tool magazine capacities of 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 are available for selection. The machine features rapid response, high processing efficiency, smooth chip evacuation, and excellent cost-effectiveness. It is suitable for complex spatial surface machining and spatial angle positioning machining, especially for parts like impellers and blades. The machine is equipped with both domestic and foreign 5-axis CNC systems to achieve 5-axis simultaneous movement, meeting the demands of complex spatial surface machining.
