Double Column Vertical Lathe Machine
1- Main transmission system is of AC or DC. 10 T loading capacity worktable uses hydrodynamic-hydrostatic guideway. 16 T and above loading capacity worktable uses constant flow hydrostatic guideway or rolling type guideway. 
2- Japan OMRON PLC for the logic control. Electric components are of SCHNEIDER or Siemens. 
3- Independent tank can supply oil by itself and has a forced cooling device to make the hydraulic system work reliably in bad conditions. 
4- Optional parts: Cooling unit, DRO unit, thread turning unit designed by Jinghua for large diameter thread precision machining. 
5- The machines use high quality resin sand casting. The rigidity and precision of the machines can keep a long time.
