CD Series Manual Lathe

CD6140/50B series is horizontal lathe used for machining various kinds of steel parts. It is
especially suitable for mass production of machining inside and outside cylinder surface, end
surface, metric and inch thread etc. It can also perform the function of drilling and boring hole.

Product Features

1. Dynamic sliding bearing is adopted on spindle nose. The bearings have better precision and obtained state patent.

2. The upper part of the screw and light bar of the machine tool is designed with stainless steel protective cover(National patent).The protective cover can prevent iron chips from entering ,and it can also protect the safety of operators and fully comply with National safety standards.

3. The spindle has 12 manual speed grade. The speed rang of spindle is 37-1600 r/min. Large spindle bore (Ф102 mm).

4. The lathes are supplied with two systems both in metric and in inch.

5. Electric system of different frequency and voltage can be designed to meet the requirements of users.
