The VDM series vertical machining center is a high-efficiency, high-precision vertical machining center developed and produced by our company. This series of machine tools feature a unique and durable rigid structure, along with a wide range of optional configurations, providing strong machining performance. They are widely used in industries such as automotive, molds, and mechanical manufacturing for the machining of complex box parts, casing parts, and disc-shaped parts. These machines are the preferred choice for industrial production and processing of various scales. This series of products offer different spindle configuration options. The highest-speed direct-drive spindle option can reach speeds of up to 15000rpm for high-speed cutting, thus enhancing processing efficiency. Alternatively, the gear-driven spindle option (for specifications 1060 and above) can meet the requirements of low-speed high-torque machining, allowing for efficient processing of tough materials such as high-strength steel and high-temperature alloys.
