Main Applications and Features
MK1432/H CNC universal cylindrical grinder is designed for grinding internal and external surface with taper of 7: 24. It can also grind shaft-, sleeve-like parts as well as ring and plug gauges etc...
The machine is suitable for grinding single piece or small batch of above-mentioned precise parts.
Worktable longitudinal movement, wheelhead rapid advance/retract and its feed are all drive by their servo motors via their ball screws. A. C. Frequency-conversion motor is employed for driving workprice, realizing infinitely variable speed. Wheelhead is driven by A. C. Motor, with its infinitely variable speed controlled by the frequency-converter. Hydro-static & dynamic hybrid bearing is used for wheel spindle, guaranteeing the spindle rotating accuracy. Coolant system with large flow coolant is used, equipped with magnetic separator and paper-tape filter.
