FEATURES

Based on the concept of building the automatic vertical lathe, our company made a significant improvement of the original CA51 series. The worktable structure of full-CNC type lathe, PLC controlling technology were introduced. 

Features of C51G series is as below. 

1- Preload rolling guideway worktable. 
- High rotation precision of spindle; 
- High loading capacity (8 T); 
- Free maintenance. Need spray lubrication of the rolling bearing structure only. 
- Low friction, low electricity consumption

2- Speed-changing controlled by PLC instead of turning valve. 

3- All guiding faces are coated import guideway soft belt to lower the friction. 

4- Abundant options: With square RAM, with 5-position tool turret, with lengthened square RAM travel, model for machining motor housing specially, with DRO, etc. 

5- OMRON PLC. Electric components are of SCHNEIDER or Siemens.
