Product Description

I. General Feature of the machine:

H236 CNC Crankshaft Journal Grinder is used for mass crankshafts in the automobile, diesel-making factories. Siemens 840D control system is adopted for 4 axis control in wheelhead infeed, worktable shift and two axis interlock for wheel profile dressing. The machine is with the functions of: Auto plunge–in, rough grinding, semi–fine grinding, fine grinding, auto positioning, auto on-line measuring, auto clamping and release, auto wheel dressing and wheelhead compensating after dressing, and safety interlock, ect. All machining will be automatically except workpiece loading.
