Main Application and features
The machine can grind the vertical surface and slots of workpieces. The clamping method depends on the workpiece material and shape. The workpiece can be clamped by electromagnetic chuck or directly fastened on the worktable for grinding. It is suitable for medium or small batch production.
Double-column structure is employed for the machine, with high rigidity. Two dynamic-pressure sliding bearings with three tilting shoes are mounted at the front and rear of the wheelhead. Forced lubrication is adopted for guaranteeing the bearings fully lubricated. Wheel motor has higher power and higher cutting power, reaching better surface roughness and accuracy. Balancing device is employed for the carriage, ensuring the vertical feed accuracy and correctness.
The machine-bed worktable guideway employs hydraulic unloading lubrication, which is coated plastic, ensuring the worktable moving stably. The control levers are situated in the front of the machine and the electric pushbuttons grouped on the operator's suspension panel in the convenience of operation.
The magnetic force of the electro-magnetic worktable depends on the workpiece material and its shape, which can be adjusted steplessly, ensuring the workpiece machining accuracy.
